I started studying the bassoon when I was thirteen. Once started I fell in love with this unique, interesting instrument. During my MMus in performance studies at the Royal Northern College of Music I developed my baroque bassoon playing and solo repertoire. I had the opportunity to perform large works in a professional context, which was a fantastic and rewarding experience.

Flute, Saxophone, Clarinet, Recorder

Alongside my bassoon I am also competent on other woodwind instruments. I really enjoy learning new instruments and exploring new repertoire.

For many years I have played the piano. I enjoy playing a wide range of repertoire. I also accompany for exams and recitals.
